Sir,
I had purchased Samsung galaxy chat last sunday i.e. 7th april 2013 since that day it is not working , battery charging problem, battery discharge problem, handset problem . Very next day I showed it to Samsung care swastika Ahmedabad their attitude is very disgusting and a lot of wrong commitments . Every day they commit that problem will be sorted by tomo. And, next day I have to travel a lot to reach there they keep us waiting for 1-2 hours then say come tomo. I want my money back. This is harassment.
