Dear sir,
I have taken the Idea postpaid connection it works one month.After one month they have added value added service in my acount without intimating me. When checked bills I notice.I askes Idea to detuct this amount I will pay remaing amount but they not done. I done so complained and asked them if I have activated the service please give reording of that first time they told OK , after words they denied.
Written so many mails.
Now they are sending me legal action messege continouslly.
I try to contact them but they responding me.
