I booked a Car on Mohan Motors, DN-18,Salt Lake,Kol-91 on 19.8.2014. Subsequently vide E.Mail dated 10.09.2014, I cancelled the booking along with a request to refund the booking amount as admissible as per the terms and condition bu till date the booking amount was not refunded by the said Dealer. I have sent a reminder on 25.11.2014 which is also not yet responded by the said dealer. I tried severally to contact the agent ( Mr.D.Mazumder) over telephone but not recieved any response. Kindly redress my grievence as per the Rules
