Consumer Redressal

My sim got damaged so I needed a new micro sim i went to the reliance outlet on monday said they donot have micro sim for prepaid not cutter i asked solution theey said buy postpaid with same no. change to prepaid aftr 3 months. I left I went there yesterday again before going I asked abt micro sim and cutter over phone lady said cutter is available. I went but they said cannot be done I shouted asked for manager and he comes saying that we will do it for you only and will take 3 hrs. They asked me for my ID card and photo. I gave photo but was carrying a duplicated ID card and gave them saying its a duplicate one. They felt suspicious and scared me saying will check in portal I said ok pls. I also asked them if they want my original only i can send scan copy now or get original tmrw. They said no need. After half an hour they took 25/- from me and gave a normal card. and asked me to come again today and I said no why will I they said server low since morning again a lie. Not activated
