I am a new customer of MTS Kerala. MTS number 9142120180. I want to file a complaint against MTS to the consumer court.
I recharged my MTS mobile number through their online recharge portal but recharge benefit not credited to my number.
And I lost my amount. Their Appellate Authority didn't credit the benefit or refund my amount. They are cheating.
Now I want to file a complaint to the consumer court.
Kindly help me to do this. I am waiting for your reply.
