I bought milagrow robotic vacuum cleaner paying 16000 from ebay , i have received damaged product. Ebay order confirmation id 38392482654, complaint id 853457. i have neither got refund nor got product replacement. Ebay is not supporting and seller is trying to convince us to use damaged product.
