Vide reference KOL 2712140006 I lodge for repair of a recently purchased Kenstar water heater on 27th Dec. 14 They sent one engineer who took away one part of the heater and did not turn up even after several request an reminder.After writing and over telephonic communication for so many times they are only assuring for repair only after availability of that part. I wonder it is more than 1 and half months which part in India is not available for rep air of a water heater ? I request to do me a favour for resolving the issue as the item which is required in winter specially is now nearing over. Thanks, Regards
