Dear Sir,
Please note that my Vodafone No. is 9831155567. I am a postpaid user. I have been charged Rs. 99 in my Bill Dated 06.02.15 for some d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 (Download Charges) which I didn't download. I don't know how come it has been download. Please help me regarding this matter & i am not going to pay the amount i.e. Rs. 99 + (Rs 12.24) 12.36% Service Tax = Rs. 111.24.
