my paisa id is 38247823239.seller refund process on 30th dec 2014 but tillnow money is not refund to me .This regarding write so many mail and call to customer care but no responsible answer to me . 10 th jan 2015 i also send bank statment to ebay but no response .Again 23 jan send bank statement but tillnow money is not refund to me. when i call to customer care then say that my concern team check this problem after 33 days money is not refund to me .e bay give mental harrassment refund process. i talk your customer care he says that my job is over i am not responsible for refund.so now i complain consumer forum.because i go to bank give arn no but bank say that no money refund by e bay . so bank clear that when money refund then credit your a/c so i have no any alternative complain in consumer forum. so i file .i send again bank statment sothat no any confusion you refund my money.
