i was shop Nokia Bh-505 Neckband Stereo Bluetooth Earphones Bh505 through re-diff online website . the product was broken that's by i sent this product to given address at 7/11/2014 .after a long time they couldn't provide me refund.at the today on 09/02/2015 so please i request you resisted my complaint and please take action for re-diff shopping. my order no is 10566903
