Consumer Redressal

I placed an order for boots on Spandeal on 2015-01-19 09:57:41. I got my boots within three days but due to size issue, I returned it back and asked for replacement. Since then I have not received the boots. Everyday I am making them call and every day they are replying that I will be delivered within next 48 hours. So far, I have made many complains to them and today even I called them four times. But they are not taking any action regarding this. I am really in problem due to this. The boots costed me Rs. 1920. I have wasted around Rs. 200 rupees of my phone balance. They don't seem to take any action as its been around ten days. They just tell me that they are registered my complain or sometimes, put me on hold due to which my phone runs out of credit and call gets disconnected. I am really disappointed and feel cheated. So, I request you to please look into my complain and take some suitable action against it. I shall be thankful to you.
