Consumer Redressal

I had a Loan From Hinduja Finance a sum of Rs 40,000 at Jan 2014. I had repaid the entire amount in the next 10 months so the Loan was completed in Nov 14. For the past two months, i am running behind the company to get my NOC from them but they provide lame excuses and tell that response email has not yet been received from Hinduja Head Office. I am not sure how to take this further. I am vexed to see such behavior from a reputed organization.
