i had opted for rel cdma caller tune. "karvateen badalte rahe" from aapki kassam movie i contacted rel customer care and actioned whatever was told by the customer care rep but after some time am amount of rs. 30 was deducted i contacted customer care again and complained that no caller tune has been activaed but rs. 30 has been deducted from my balance. he transfered my call to somebody who didnot pick up the call i tried several times but no result has been yielded so far. kindly do needful
