I am a mechanical engineer having diverse experience; I resigned from kalpataru group company last year due to personal reasons & was to retire in November last year upon attaining 58 years; i gave 3 months notice period and served till the 12 th week; I had to go one week in advance due to emergency work & informed the management; I recd my last salary , but did not receive the quartely peruisites due like driver salary & fuel reimbursement exp, leave salary etc amounting to INR 1. 2lacs ; have informed president of the division and he sent mail instructing HR to process payments due ; in spite of repeated messages to top management including CEO of the company, I have not recd the dues; over & above, the HR asked me to pay notice pay for 3 months which was never informed to me; PL let me know how to proceed with the issue; the company is following 3 month notice period for all , but in infra division they made it six months & we were forced to sign the agreement I want to fight out.
