I have migrated my no 8767958777 & 9967121257 choosing plan Easy share Rs 900. At the time of application I was told that i will get 1000 L&N CALLS, 5GB DATA & 300 SMS & you will get full network and charged me Rs 200 for two sim & refundable. After Activation- 1. I am getting very low network connectivity, I registered a complaint.In a funny resolution from idea I assured that it will resolve in 60-90 days. 2. The bills I received are charged wrong. Complaint registered. In resolution Data charges were refund but charged for calls no I have registered another complain, in resolution received a call the representative told There is no call benefits in your plan but when I called to customer care the person told you have 1000 call, 5 GB data etc. Two representative telling different benefits for the same plan. 3. In complain resolution I received a call, the person told that above two numbers are not in sharing plan but cust care is telling that number s are shared for billing.
