Product Berg Electric Tandoor was ordered on 17th Dec 2014. Invoice no: KNMI/14-15/26693 , order no.: 960586567 and sub order no. 95033089.
The same after receiving was found to be defective when tried to use on 30th Jan. The heating coil was not getting heated. Complaint was logged on the same date Complaint No.124520499 but till date no one came to check the product. Everytime the service center is called the reply given is that they will get back to us in 24hrs and till date that 24hrs has not come. Kindly look into the matter and give us a solution.
