Sir/Madam My Husband Late Mr Biswajit Bose bought a Group Janata Personal Accident Insurance Policy from National Insurance Company Ltd ,policy number 100300/47/01/9600022/01/96/31162 ,, Sum assured was Rs 200000 this policy was valid for 31/03/2002 to 30/03/2012 , in this policy tuner my husband died in an accident on 10.07.2004 at Gangipur ,sub divition sagardighi , dist-Murshidibad , till date this claim is unpaid , several times I went to national insurance off they asked for Final Investigation report of police , which should be provide by sagardighi police station , several times I went to sagardighi police station they said they cant provide I don't know why,last few years I am running to them ,I don't know where to go & what to do for this claim , I have a daughter for her future I badly needed this fund , please help me in this matter , you are my last resource .
