Hi,
I bought a Laptop on 16th March 2013 from Advance Info Distributors Ltd. Pitampura, New Delhi. Phone: 01142455000. Bought in the name of Jaspal Hans C/o Deepak Kumar with bill no. PITM/12-13/04175.
I bought this laptop on Interest free 12 EMIS thru HDFC Credit card. Paid surcharge and processing fee as well.
Required details are below
Laptop Model: 15R5521
Laptop cost: Rs. 41000
Surcharge : Rs. 820
Processing Fees: 1099
But to my worst surprise, in the Credit Cared statement I\'ve been charged with 4 EMIS together. On being enquired from the bank to know the reason. Got to know that the vendor had a clause that in the first month 4 EMIs would be charged together. Vendor is not responding.
It was the time of mental tension for me. As I maintained only much balance to make the expected credit card monthly payment. I also received sms from bank to convert the payment of Rs. 41820 in 12 months EMIs.
Right now I’m in complete state of mental grief. Pls help me out.
