Phone No:. 9910011041 Magna Infotech Employee No/Invoice No: 733260 In Feb 2013, I joined Magna Infotech Private Limited as a Consultant for Ericsson India Private Limited both situated in Gurgaon.I worked from Feb 2013 to June 2014 i.e 1 year and 5 months before leaving the company on June 30,2013.After resigning i was supposed to receive my salary for the month of May and June 2014 after 3 months of my resignation date according to companies policy i.e Sep 30, 2014. Its been almost 7 months and i still haven't received my salary yet. I have tried contacting the consultancy services and the company i was working for alot of times (i.e Ericsson India Private Limited) but they haven't been able to resolve this issue until now. In addition to that,My Provident fund and leave encashment is also pending that was present in my Appointment letter but it was not there on my Salary Slip. It is clearly present on the Appoi
