I have ported my number 9840608193 to aircel prepaid from airtel prepaid in chennai last year and although i got my sim in chennai and i live in chennai , aircel appelllate says that chennai plans are not applicable to me and only TN plans are applicable now after so many months,pls take some action in this case as this is gross injustice to the customer and total fraud by the service provider.
