We went vodafone store 27-Jan-2015 to replace my wife's SIM (#-9732336864), but Vodafone store at Suri asking 100 rupees extra without stating the valid reason. When we reached Vodafone customer care over the mail, they resolving the case either. Repeatedly sending the same infomration, that replacement charge 25/- without stating why then vodafone store Suri asking 100 rupees extra.
