Dear Sir,
I Racherla Harish Kumar and I have submitted my Aadhaar Card Application Form for LPG Gas Subsidy benefit on 08/12/2014 at Canara Bank - Sainikpuri Branch. For the above request I got an SMS Message on 21/01/2015 stating that, your Aadhaar Number 936565019493 is linked to your account XXXXXXXXX5258 and updated to NPCI Mapper. I called up on 22/01/2015 for to verify with Customer Care Call Centre - HP Gas Company and my Consumer No 610146. For to surprise that, they told me that, still your Aadhaar Card Details was NOT UPDATED with NPCI for Subsidy benefit. Since this I would like to request you to look into the matter as early as possible and with this my Two Refill Subsidy amount was pending from HP Gas Company for Dt: 06/12/2014 and 23/01/2015
