I am filing this complaint against Vodafone IN. I received a message for deduction of 77 rupees for activation of a service which I hadn't activated. When I immediately called the customer care they said you'll get refund in 4 hours but I didn't get any. On again calling customer care they said you'll not be given refund without citing any reason. Poor customer care service.
