Consumer Redressal

Jeevan Jyot Traders, Model Town Jalandhar have sold us a faulty burner and now they are not even entertaining our complaint. They are harassing us by not even attending to our phone calls. We are very upset as we have lost 6000/- without any reason. The burner was faulty from day 1, one of the knobs were not even working, they rectified it but didn't change the burner, and now the knob has come out as you can see in pictures. Jeevan Jyot are tarnishing the image of an ages old brand, literally. Please let me know what should we do. They are really rude when I call. Simran Sangha Ph- 9876326801
