I purchased SPLIT AC of LG Company on dt. 22-10-2011 from Nishant Sales, Akola (Bill No.751 Dt. 22-10-11) AC is still in Warranty Period. From last 2 Months I am facing various problems in AC such as NOISE, LESS COOLING. I made complaint of these issues to local LG Service Centre on 02-06-12 but I did not got any responce from Service Centre. then I made complaint on LG Customer Care No. 18001809999 on 14.06.12 (Complaint No. RNA 120614073475 Dt. 14-06-12). After 4-5 days, Technician Came but he was not able to resolve the complaint and said that He will come back again in 2-3 days but no one came. I made complaint for 2nd time on 25-06-12 (Complaint No. RNA 120625060623 Dt. 25-06-12) then after 2-3 days technician came and said that the Blower & Bush of AC need to be changed but we don\'t have any of these spares in stock.
