Consumer Redressal

I have a complaint against this fraud website flazee.com http://www.flazee.com/ My *Order ID:* #177 and date of order is 29/12/2014.My *Payment Method was through* CC Avenue,online debit card.on 19th january i received wrong items from their shopping site.What i ordered were 3 women jeans,one polo t-shirt and a top.but inside the package i got 3 pieces of unstiched cotton clothes. I have been requesting them from over a month regarding the refund of my money but all they do is,give false assurance.they have taken my bank account details saying that they will send the money in it very soon.now i have sent them emails more than 100 times but they don't reply at all..if my order was not pre-paid, it would not have been a problem to me but my order has been already paid that too of fairly large amount of Rs.1565/- please take legal actions against this fraudulant website and kindly help me in getting my money back. Thank you.
