Consumer Redressal

Hi, This complaint is against HTC. I have a HTC One which I submitted for repair on 23rd September 2014 and still it is not delivered after constant follow up. Already 4 months has passed and still my device is not repaired. Already I had discussed with HTC several times and according to their commitment I was supposed to eceive the device on 22nd January, then I was further told that this will not be possible and 100% I will get my device repaired and in my hand on 31st January and this will not get delayed any further. I called on 30th January and your executive from HTC support again on 31st morning and this time I was happy to hear that device was repaired and I can go and take it from TVS SERVICE CENTER KOLKATA. I went to the Service Center (48kms away from my home) and to my utter shock the executive there told me that my device is as it was and parts have not yet arrived and device is still not repaired. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.
