being a airtel customer i regularly recharge my airtel prepaid number 9831571099 from 3feb2015 my MPIN blocked i several time inform the authority for unblock the pin and send new MPIN but they just ignore that i also send sms for new MPIN as per their 12144 customer care executive near about 24 hous ago but no result i am useing this number to contact my stock broker due to not able to recharge my number i am not able to contact my stock broker i also face Hugh financial loss i have on my account rs200 but due to MPIN issue not able to recharge a serious step must be taken against this telecom company to protect consumer interest i also want that the concern company my pay my loss which i have to face due to their negligence
