I have a case against PAYTM fraud business with the help of their partner called BHAVYA TRAVELS.
I have booked ticket through Paytm for bhavya travels

1) i got message saying bus was canceled due to break down on 20th january from bhavya travels which was there with me even now
2) asked for refund on 22nd for tickets to paytm by mentioning the same and booked morning star from same site for that day at same time
3) no reply from paytm but call from bhavya travels enquiring refund status has come to my account or not on 23rd january and offered to provide alternate after that for which i told i will go with refund as i booked alternative in same
