Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I am using Vodafone connection mobile no 9874333222. Where vodafone charged me so many months on month. I am using 3g dataplan rs650 but Vodafone charge me extra 1000 and above basis of download charged. On january month my mobile connection stop due to late payment and this connection stop 7-01-2015 but Vodafone charged me 08-01-2015. Now forcefull Vodafone told me its genuine and my connection stop on 08-01-2015. So many time try to contact with Vodafone nodal and appllate officer through email but they are reply me always same they are try to contact with me but I am not receiving his/her call. Everybody misguided me from the Vodafone end. Now I will not permitted the excessive charge from Vodafone. Every month always I am payment lots of money but really I am tired and help less to pay the charges. Kindly initiative this issue and resolve the problem.
