My consumer Id - 015740, my adhar card number 700903536063. I have my adhaar card linked to my bank account in United Bank of India. I haven't received any subsidy till date. I have received my cylinder on 06/01/2015,but haven't received anything. Kindly look into it asap.Reference number at the time of booking number 217616
