Consumer Redressal

My complaint to the consumer forum is against tata docomo .This complaint is to address that the services for which I have been charged were not fulfilled and my balance was deducted wrong fully and moreover I called their customer care I was deceived .My call was terminated as I was speaking and after that my calls were not being transferred my number was blacklisted . I requested them to connect me to their senior even she (named MOHINI) told me that services will be activated in 48 hours but my balance will not be returned and when I said to register my complain they said they couldn't and told me to visit their site (tatadocomo.com) and even their the complain section is not in working condition . This is not the first time that they have deducted balance unwillingly .
