Courier not delivered at right time but charged at premium services rates by dtdc Jammu on 31.01.2015 but not delivered even on 3.02.15 afternoon despite the delivery commitment at aligarh in dtdc plus service .Due to which I have to suffer heavy loss and mental pressure.
