I have purchased iball Claro CTV27 TV Tuner Card from great deal(delivered by flipkart).I received the item on 10th January. 2015. After using it for only 5 days it stopped working. Then I visited the nearest iball service center. But they denied to repair it because product serial no. was not mentioned in the invoice. So I requested seller to send me a fresh copy of invoice with product serial no. But they not responding positively. Please help me and give me some way out
