Asked Matrix Cellular sales person Kunal Pune for Bracket Plan of AUD70 for voice and data for 10 days with immediate next day travel. Delivered through office delivery boy a Standard Plan. After Reaching Australia I called back to confirm the website is reflecting standard plan. Kunal confirms I need not to worry and the bracket plan is in update process, as travel was immediate standard plan is given. After comming back to Pune, I get in touch with Kunal, he confirms on phone again, that I am worring unnecessarly and he has updated the plan for datausage too, and I need to wait for the bill. Later he falls sick due to dengue and is at his residence goa. When I contact him and come to know he is not well I fell odd to contact and wait for another 15 days till he comes back. Later the bill gets generated with Standard Plan + a Data Pack of AUD50 registered and the bill showing Rs INR 27000, instead of Rs 4200. I call Kunal, he confirms corection is in process.
