About 3 months ago I had ordered a set of furniture from A P FURNITURES,Hyderabad. But they sent me a wrong consignment. I have been requesting them to send me the right one but they have been turning me down. I have no valid receipt but can produce the BANK DOCUMENT OF ONLINE FUND TRANSFER. Can I sue the shop? Plz help
