I had booked on 28/01/2015 for LPG refill. The agency is Varalakshmi Agencies, Shenoy Nagar. Reference No.694912. I had received the subsidy Rs.568 in my bank account on 29/01/2015. However I did not receive my cylinder. When I verified this on 01/02/2015, I was shocked to see that my booking did not exist. Hence I again booked for a refill on 01/02/2015 and reference number is 900125. Its very surprising as to what happened to my earlier booking reference no.694912.
