Consumer Redressal

I had a postpaid number 9830609132 which I surrendered on 1st november 2014. While taking this number I gave vodafone a deposit of 300 rupees. At the time of surrendering the number the vodafone representative told me that the deposit amount will be sent to my billing address by 60 days. The 60 days ends on 1st Jan 2015 but I am yet to receive the deposit amount. Today I had a talk with a vodafone representative and that person is saying I will get the deposit money after 3 months. Now the question is which information is correct and when I am going to get my money back if at all.
