Consumer Redressal

I am using Relince post paid connection of kolkata circule on the billing month of January 2015 they have wrongly charged RS-1923 showing that I am used to call from a roaming location. I used this number within Sonarpur to saltlake area. I didnot think this is a roaming location for kolkata circle connection. I complained to them but the says that they have charged correctly and they cant do any thing & my outgoing services are suspended from 26th January 2015 still my outstanding amount is rising for receiving incoming calls. this can happen only in roaming area but at present I am staying at kolkata so how could they charge roaming for kolkata sim in kolkata location? I am requestin you to please look this matter and help me to recover me from this fraud billing. Thank You
