Consumer Redressal

LPG gas was booked on 27/12/2014 through IVRS system to the Indane distributor, Baghajatin Gas Service,31 Baroda Avenue, Kolkata 700084. Booking reference number 843495 was received through SMS. The distributor did not deliver the LPG cylinder against the said gas booking reference number. Instead they have delivered a LPG cylinder against a booking reference/order no. 2000146615 dated 1/1/2015 with an intimation of subsidy Rs.327. Subsidy Rs.327 credited to my bank account on 31/1/2015. No such booking was made by the consumer on 1/1/2015. I have already submitted respective form furnishing my Aadhaar number. I have received necessary message that my Aadhaar number has been linked to my LPG ID number and my bank account on 17/12/2014.The distributor did not send me any advice of cancellation of booking order number 843495. I want to know what happened to my gas booking reference number 843495 and want a remedial action.
