Deduct from main account balance intentionally.
Talked with Aircel Customer Representative Mr. Ratan & Ms Richa.
Though the deduction was minimal but the fact is Intentioanlly & illegal too.
When I talked to them (mentioned above name)they quickly sent an SMS regarding the Rechage which I din't do.
It might happen with the people who are not aware of this kind of illegal & intentional deduction from their main account balance & were unable to reach out to the appropriate authority to raise voice against those deduction.
Please take appropriate action.
