I am doing followup with my existing company and current company for my PF transfer since last 2 years. My current company says that your request for PF transfer is already submitted from our side to PF office. But then that request has never processed from PF office.

Current organization: Infosys Ltd.
Previous Organizaiton: LearningMate Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Please help me resolve this concern
