Consumer Redressal

My name is Raj Nadkarni,I have a HPCL connection with consumer no: 605427.The distributor is Vasco Gas Service, Vasco-da-Gama, Goa with distributor code : 964730.It is informed that two of my subsidy transfers amounting to Rs. 457.39 and Rs. 297.19 respectively have failed.I received sms' stating that the transfers in Goa state co-operative bank have failed.It is clarified that my aadhar no. is linked to my saving a/c in Bank of India, Vasco-da-Gama, Goa (BOI) and not to Goa state co-operative bank.The BOI, Vasco Officials are saying that their data is showing the correct link between my aadhar no. and their bank . I have also lodged a complaint on 18002333555 with complaint no. 14147145 dated 02/01/2015 in this regard. Most of the time I try calling on the helpline, I don't get through.Whenever I do get to speak, I am assured that the problem would be rectified in 3 days time and that they are registering a fresh complaint in this regard.However, till the subsidy amount is not yet tra
