Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, I the undersigned (J.B.Infosys) retailer of Vodafone, residing in Goregaon west near Rosary Church. Pintoo Sales Agency is the distributor For Vodafone. I have paid Rs.3000/- to Mr. Manoj represntative of Pintoo Sales Agency for balance in my Wallet(Mobile). He told me that he do not have balance now and will deposit money tommrrow. He never gave any bill to any of the Retailer in market. Pintoo sales agency never took report or tally cash or coupons from him. I trusted him every time, he said wait I will deposit money. Many times I spoke to Area Manager of Vodafone Mr.Prem Dubey and also spoke to Mr.Piyush incharge of Vodafone. They said as its personal dealing they can not help me. It was not personal dealing as Manoj is the sales executive for vodafone and Pintoo Sales Agency is Distributor for Vodafone. Mr.Manoj left Pintoo Sales Agency before 3 days (27/01/2015) from their record.The incidence took place before Manoj left Pintoo Sales Agency.
