I purchased a pair of shoes from Shopclues.com shopping site and initially they delivered the wrong product and I returned it and asked for refund. They sent an email saying they will refund the money in 3-4 working days and now its been over 1 and a half month and I havent got my money back. I have called them several times and have written to them but no action is taken yet.
