Sir, I am Bijendra Kumar Pandey, a Vikash Sahyogi of your Bank being Code No – CF JH0010. This is to inform you that after repeated correspondence and reminder to your ICICI Bank official regarding this matter of refund of FLDG, still till date a sum of more than Rs. 2.50 Lacs Plus accrued interest till date has been outstanding from my original Fixed Deposits of Rs.7.50 Lacs dated 17.12.2006 vide A/C No. – 017514057257. This is to inform you further, that a sum of Rs.5.00 Lacs has been earlier refunded from your Bank from the initial F/D A/C and still the balance amount with accrued interest from 17.10.2006 is outstanding. Sir, we have waited for a period of more than 8 years after repeated assurance from your side for refund of FLDG, Now it is not possible for me to wait further. Since my financial condition is not good, I have no option
