No action against AC replacement complaint,since i was delivered defected AC.I have purchased Voltas Window AC (5 star )Platinum on 01Apr2013 from voltas dealer(Electronic World) mentioned on your voltaac.com,but after installation it was making lot of noice i loged a complaint on 02-Apr-2013 complaint no. 12AP0201102. Then a got i call for voltas company employee Rajpal (8860426584) he told me he will sent voltas engineer,the engineer came in the evening he checked and said its fan noise i asked him to replace because its manufacturing defect but he told i cant my senior will come but next day no one came then i call Rajpal he told me engineers are ill so will come next day(04-04-13) finally senior engineer came and after checking the ac he said his AC Fan moter is defected and need to repair but i told him since you delivered me a defected AC but he told i cant i will summit & then my Senior will decide when to replace,next day i made a call to Rajpal(voltas) on(05-04-13) when you will replace he told he cant & but he gave me another guy Mohit(voltas) No. 9999178437 again i told i was delivered defected ac four days ago, when you will give me replacement he told me we dont do any replacement but we can repair i told him i got i defected AC four day ago so you should replace but he he cant,then they provided me one email address(ashokkumarhasija@voltas.com) i wrote the mail but there is no reply. Please help me getting my AC replaced because they deliverd me defected(Manufacturing) AC as mentioned above.
