Consumer Redressal

Hi, I had placed two orders in online shopping site Shopclues,they are Orders# 27846533 and 27850015 on 27th Nov 2014. Till today 28th Jan 2015,I have not received my order nor I have received the refund amount Rs.2000/-.I have called customer care and they told me within a week they would refund my money.Now they are telling me that courier people have misplaced my courier and will give me updates only when courier people contact them.This is not the way of handling business.I strictly want my refund and will also post my experience in social network to warn other users of Shopclues.I have written so many mails but of no use.I am looking forward to escalate this,but I am not receiving any higher authorities contact details.
