Consumer Redressal

i went to the shop ..as my right glass lens broke into two parts ... their was an old person.. he told me what are you going to do with this lens and took it from me... the day i went to collect my glass..they were standing like statues.. and i asked then they gave it to me...again the old person told me... what are you going to do with the broken glass..as he as rude i did not ask for it.. i evengave calls.. mny times.. but they werw rude..i have got tension from the day... i want broken glass lens.. and what they do in the shop .. and scrutiny.. of the shop...
