I like to lodge a complaint against Future Group Sub Brand Planet Sports Which deals in business of sports goods sale. On the 21 Jan 2015 i made a online Purchase from there site and made a payment first before the delivery of goods. Because there is no option of cash on delivery.As i am regular buyer of online goods make payment only after getting the goods. But this time i made a mistake by making payment first. From that whenever i called to there customer care they say your product is not ready for delivery and they say Courier dispatch id is not generated yet. Sir I am frighted after this incident and from 26 jan 2015 toll number is also switch off and also not responding to my mail which i am sending continuous. Please Help ASAP
